M= this commandment prayer together with all (collective) thoughts regarding this commandment throughout the Ages to be weighed as a jewel, for the fulfilment / upliftment of the Universal Plan, if said thoughts from the Ages are appropriate to this commandment
C is the fire/thermal energy known by You to be squared, and multiplied by the M jewel as measured by You.

This E energy to resonate upon our Mother Earth, the peoples, the flora and fauna for the fulfilment of Your Plan.
